I’m a female nutrition coach who has worked with over 700 clients, supporting them on their weight loss journey to help them reach their goals and achieve successful results!! I’m VERY passionate about empowering women with the tools and confidence to live the life of their dreams without depriving themselves of their favourite foods.
I have a passion for cooking and developing delicious and nutritious recipes that can be LOVED by everyone and shared in homes throughout the world.
My clients have been able to fall in love with food again and take care of their bodies using the strategies I teach. Mostly, they’re able to lose body weight in a sustainable way and keep it off once and for all!

A selection of CindaFit meals are made by the team of chefs at Gym Challenge Meals and distributed all over the South East community in South Australia—from Mount Gambier to Adelaide!
